Sounds very exciting. I am on board to assist with retweets, linking, blogging and whatever else makes sense.
My big picture goals for myself.
1) Author Best Selling Book within 5 years.
2) Keynote speak to audience of 1000 within 5 years.
3) Launch 1 Ebook in next 6 months.
4) Have 3000 subscribers to Expert in the Rough within 1 year.
5) Retire from day job in 5 years and have all income sources related to content, blogs or websites.
6) Run 2 marathons a year and have 18% or less body fat.
7) Spend more time with family than career.
We have some work to do. Are you on board to get me there?
Count me in. I will tweet, blog and anyway to help you out.
Here are my goals for this week.
1. Setup web site for my new project
2. Get one major feature done for the site
3. Take weekend off to hike with wife, that I have promised for a week now.
4. Cook at least 3 times in 5 days
5. No TV! (a good practice from 4HWW book)
6. Put the interest I earn from my bank account and invest that somewhere.
Regarding to your second question. My idea seem to be very interesting to some people I met. Few or them are already willing to line up as tester. This is a huge encouragement to me. I am working on my fastlane plan to make few million dollars passive income in just few years.
My goal for this week: spend more time with my family. I decided to publish just two posts this week instead of my usual three.
My goal in general: become better at relaxing and just enjoying the moment. I tend to be on the uptight/ control-freakish side. Trying to learn to RELAX.
Wow, the launch is really getting close! Can’t wait to see how your launch marketing gets going! (+ congrats for getting this far!)
My goals for this week, then…
- Write 3 blog posts (one of them could be an interview) to Insanely Interested
- Write 1 blog post to NxE
- Bake bread 3 times (first one done this morning)
- Run 3 times
That’s about it for this week.
The bigger picture is pretty similar to that of @Brian: writing, talking, running a successful business that helps people in some way… Spending more time with my family.
Mark,
thanks for enclosing me in your list!
I am looking forward to your new website - and will help with tweeting.
My goals:
1. one or two blog posts
2. write on my private journaling blog
3. enjoy the last days of summer
I’ll be happy to retweet and link to your launch, Mark. BTW, I did actually make the gym twice last week, I went at 10pm on sunday night just to fit it in for this challenge haha.
This week I’ll do the same:
- Go to the gym twice
- Publish one more blog post on PluginID
- Write 2 more blog posts on Saturday / Sunday
Thanks a lot for the link love, Mark, and let me say those are indeed some very ambitious goals. Think there’s nothing left, but to wish you good luck !

Mark
Excited the new site is about to go up. Count me in for all the support you need.
As for what I am working towards in my life, I’m not feeling very motivated or visionary right now so I’ll return when more upbeat.
