From Zero to Entrepreneur in Five Easy Steps - Today Is That Day
November 23rd, 2007
Today is the day that I go from being a fulltime employee to fulltime entrepreneur.
It has been a tremendous amount of hard work actually getting to this point and being able to remove myself from structured employment.
For those of you who would like to find yourself in the same position, perhaps you have been thinking about consulting or freelancing, I offer up these tips in a list that I call:
From Zero to Entrepreneur in Five Easy Steps
1. Create your vision
2. Get motivated
3. Get a plan
4. Get focused
5. Be persistent

Mark, congrats on making this transition. I’ve done it myself 6 months ago. The journey’s not easy but if you’ve the right attitude (and I definitely see it in you), a great plan, it’ll be an exhilarating ride!
Cheers,
Ellesse

Mark:
Congratulation! Good for you! Running your own enterprise (regardless the size) is not an easy job. It’s very joyful journey.
Be your own boss is a great challenge. You have to do everything yourself at beginning. However, when your dream start taking off, you forget all the pain you’ve had …
For me, your success is not how much money you earn from your own business. It’s how much achievement you have done! The more achievement you reach, the more money it will bring it.
Keep it up! I am watching you! ;-)
