Closing Date - Palmetto Culebra Purchase

Terrie and I have been informed that the closing will take place next Wednesday June 20 at 11:00am in San Juan, PR.

Because I don’t want to “jinx” us I will not comment on the closing or purchase anymore until we are the official owners.
