Palmetto Guesthouse Purchase and Sales (part II)

As of today, April 30, 2007 Terrie and I are still waiting on some documentation from our attorney before the purchase & sales agreement can be signed by the seller and ourselves. We are hoping that by the end of the week the agreement will be signed and we can finally move forward with the official bank appraisal.
On a positive note, I spoke at length with my father yesterday and he said that as soon as we have moved into the house on Culebra he is ready to come down and help us with the cosmetic painting and maintenance that we need to take care of. Our current plan includes painting and redecorating all of the guest rooms, painting the outside structure, and new landscaping. Because my father has done some much home improvement work over the years we will be grateful for his expertise and assistance.
